The « Adhara » concept is weaved around the idea that we construct our « self » through an architectural canvas that gathers mental, sensorial, and intimate processes. It sets us traveling beyond our prides, selfishnesses and fantasies in the hope to reach the mirror, a crude and sincere self-reflexion that allows oneself to dream of a wholesome being whom would be able to be objective on how he/she reflects on one’s life.
Adhara combines five different emotional and psychic stages linked to this complex process.
Accepting reality as it is.
Accepting our losses, our mournings, our grief.
Denial. Anger. Bargaining. Depression.
