TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION AND TICKETS

General

The organiser has the right to deny admission to individuals that do not maintain reasonably proper behaviour and appearance (e.g. aggressive/antisocial behaviour, controlled substances), with no right of refund.

Performances start on time as indicated on this ticket. Late admission is only allowed on intermissions, if any.

Photography and audiovisual recording are prohibited.

Smoking is prohibited.

Fixed tickets:

The ticket grants right of admission at Vitruvian Thing for the specified date and time, as indicated. Places are not numbered: a ticket reserves seating in the form of a chair or barstool only until 10 minutes before the start of the show.

The ticket must be saved for the duration of the event, and shown to members of staff as requested.

Discounted tickets, if any, are valid when accompanied by the relevant documentation (i.e. student pass, unemployment card).

In the event of postponement due to unforeseen circumstances, an announcement will be made for new dates using the same tickets. If the event is cancelled, tickets will be refunded in full as announced.

Changes in date and time of the events will be possible only 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Cancellations are not possible.

Unspecified tickets:

The unspecified ticket is a legal donation towards Die Wolke art group, N. P. O. The value of this donation is decided by the audience freely upon entry. Receipts are issued for the specified amount.

Reservations are valid until 10 minutes before the start of the event. Date changes and cancellations are only possible 24 hours in advance.
