Stéphane Charpentier engages an introspective photographic language to build enigmatic long-term analog series. His high-contrast black and white images catch moments from an endless vision suspended between humanity’s struggles and hopes. He has made exhibitions all over Europe and also shows his work through photographic film projections. He also creates short artistic films, installations and some music videos. He collaborates with various musicians and took part to the creation of Oiseaux-Tempête band (Sub Rosa), and is curating the Temps Zero collective projects since 2013.

Αdmittance by suggested contribution of €6
At Vitruvian Thing, we acknowledge the difficult financial circumstances of this period. So, unless otherwise noted, admittance to the events we host entails an unspecified amount: you decide how much the ticket should be and, in doing so, you are supporting the artists and helping Die Wolke keep the venue running. At the entrance, we issue donation coupons to acknowledge your contribution, equivalent to receipts, as required by law.
In this instance, as in cases where the artists have increased travelling and accommodation expenses, we kindly ask for viewers to meet our suggested contribution, as noted. It is, of course, still possible to contribute an amount of your choice, less or more than suggested, to help maintain the quality of the artists' programme and the venue's curation.
